I saw this artist on the news yesterday and I really like his work. His name is Julian Beever and he makes anamorphic drawings. So it looks like there’s a hole in the ground or something standing in your way, while it actually is just a drawing made with chalk. He made a drawing in Rotterdam yesterday and it is a shame that it rains so much in Holland, because we only could enjoy it for a couple of hours!

MIKA profite bien de ses vacances bien méritées .
Il en profite en faisant le clown,c’est tout à fait lui.
Mais ,bientôt ,j’espère ,il passera aux choses sérieuses : son second album tant attendu.
J’espère que dans cet album,il nous fera profiter bien sùr de sa voix unique et sublime,mais aussi de son grand talent de pianiste.Il joue merveilleusement bien du piano,c’est émouvant quand il joue et chante dans le silence à certains moments.
Je suis impatiente.MIKA quand arrêteras tu de faire le clown ?

Encore un mot,soyons fous !!!,mon grand rêve serait d’entendre MIKA chanter une chanson dans le même registre que “In the ghetto” d’Elvis Presley mais avec sa voix encore plus émouvante,et son propre style,quelle émotion !!!

Excellent! Je n’avais jamais vu ca. C’est super pratique, tu peux le tourner comme tu veux pour suivre le soleil, ou pas. En revanche, il faisait moche à Beirut ce jour là, ou ces lits dansant faisaient peur à tous le monde? Parce que on ne voit personne les utiliser!

We have beds ON THE BEACH here in Romania, but to be honest, I was never able to see what’s the point with having to lay in bed when you’re coming all wet out from the water…weird.

Ben bravo! J’ai montré la video à mon fils (4 ans et demi) et dont le jeu préféré est de sauter, danser, chahuter, faire des pirouettes sur le lit avec sa soeur (2 ans) sur tes chansons (et même sans musique d’ailleurs) et sa réaction:
yeux pétillants: “Ouahou! on peut en avoir un pareil?! S’il te plaîîîîît!!!!”
et voilà un caprice de plus qui ne sera pas exaucé…

Hej Mika,
I saw this artist on the news yesterday and I really like his work. His name is Julian Beever and he makes anamorphic drawings. So it looks like there’s a hole in the ground or something standing in your way, while it actually is just a drawing made with chalk. He made a drawing in Rotterdam yesterday and it is a shame that it rains so much in Holland, because we only could enjoy it for a couple of hours!
